Nevada Revises State Primacy Program for Safe Drinking Water

The State of Nevada has revised its approved State primacy program under the Safe Drinking Water Act by adopting the federal Filter Backwash Recycling Rule, with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approving the revision after determining that Nevada's implementation meets federal standards.
