CEQ Proposes Revisions to NEPA Implementing Regulations

The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is proposing changes to its regulations for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to better align with its experience and longstanding Federal agency practice, with the goal of improving decision-making informed by science and case law.
