Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: MOON SHADOW (Sail); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD), acting on behalf of the Secretary of Transportation, is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, the MOON SHADOW (Sail), to carry up to 12 passengers for hire. The agency wants to assess the potential impact on U.S. vessel builders and businesses that use U.S.-flag vessels.
