FAA Proposes Airworthiness Directive for Stemme AG Gliders

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Stemme AG Model Stemme S 12 gliders to address an unsafe condition related to the incorrect installation of an axle connecting the main landing gear to the center steel frame, as identified by the aviation authority of another country.
