Waivers and Alternative Requirements for Implementation of the HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is republishing the waivers and alternative requirements for the use of HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds made available under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, following a September 13, 2021, notice that imposed requirements on the use of these funds.
