FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Rolls-Royce Turboprop Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Rolls-Royce Corporation AE 2100D3 model turboprop engines due to a crack in the 3rd-stage compressor wheel, which was discovered after an in-flight shutdown.
