EPA Issues Final Rule on Pseudomonas Fluorescens Strain ACK55 Exemption

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a final rule to exempt residues of the Pseudomonas fluorescens strain ACK55 from the requirement of a tolerance in food commodities, following a request from the IR-4 Project under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
