US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Mexico are Sold at Less Than Normal Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that Mexican producers/exporters of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes sold these products at a price lower than their true value in the US market between September 1, 2019, and August 31, 2020, and is now inviting comments on these preliminary results.
