EPA Corrects Air Plan Approval for California Districts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected an error in its September 2021 approval of California's Antelope Valley, Eastern Kern, and Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management Districts' air quality plans, citing the incorrect effective date for one of the rules.
