US Department of Commerce Determines Malaysian Utility Scale Wind Towers Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that Malaysian utility scale wind towers are being sold in the US at a price lower than their true market value, between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2020.
