Susquehanna River Basin Commission to Hold Public Hearing on November 4, 2021

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2021, to hear testimony on several projects and proposals, including a policy on fee incentives for withdrawing AMD impacted waters and treated wastewater, and proposals to amend its regulatory program fee schedule and a letter of understanding with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
