EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Secondary Lead Smelter Industry Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request for public comment on a proposed extension of an information collection request (ICR) for the Secondary Lead Smelter Industry, which is currently set to expire on December 31, 2021, and is expected to be renewed for an additional period.
