EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico's Clean Air Plan for Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of New Mexico's plan to meet the Clean Air Act's emissions requirements for the Sunland Park area, which must comply with the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards.
