EPA Proposes Addition of 12 Chemicals to Toxic Chemical Release Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to add 12 chemicals to the list of toxic chemicals subject to reporting requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) and the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA), following a petition filed under EPCRA.
