BOEM Publishes List of Restricted Joint Bidders for Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Lease Sales

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has published a list of restricted joint bidders for Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas lease sales, which were held between November 1, 2021, and April 30, 2022, due to regulatory restrictions on joint bidding.
