EPA and FWS Agree to Partial Settlement in Endangered Species Act Case

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) have proposed a partial settlement agreement to resolve part of a lawsuit filed by the Center for Environmental Health, et al. against EPA Administrator Wheeler, et al., alleging non-compliance with the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
