DOI Publishes Final Rule to Align Financial Assistance Regulations with OMB Changes

The Department of the Interior (DOI) has published a final rule to incorporate new regulatory citations and requirements adopted by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) into its financial assistance regulations, following an August 13, 2020, revision to OMB's Guidance for Grants and Agreements.
