Paternity Establishment Percentage Performance Relief Proposal

The Office of Child Support Enforcement proposes to modify the Paternity Establishment Percentage threshold from 90% to 50% for Federal Fiscal Years 2020 and 2021 to avoid financial penalties, and to exempt adverse data reliability audit findings from penalties.
