EPA and NRDC Propose Partial Settlement Agreement in Endangered Species Act Case

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) have proposed a partial settlement agreement in a case alleging EPA's failure to consult on pesticide product registrations under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
