EPA Approves Revision to California Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing approval of a revision to the South Coast Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, governing permits for stationary sources, including major sources and modifications under the Clean Air Act.
