Copyright Royalty Judges Reopen Comment Period for Phonorecords IV

The Copyright Royalty Judges are extending the comment period for the proposed rule on rates and terms for making and distributing phonorecords of nondramatic musical works by 30 days, from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2027, due to additional material submitted by settling parties.
