US Department of Commerce Finalizes Affirmative Determination of Sales of Polyester Textured Yarn from Malaysia at Less-Than-Fair-Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that polyester textured yarn from Malaysia is being sold in the US at less than fair value, with the investigation period spanning from October 1, 2019, to September 30, 2020.
