U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for Delhi Sands Flower-Loving Fly Habitat Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application for an incidental take permit to take the federally listed Delhi Sands flower-loving fly under the Endangered Species Act, and invites public comments on the permit application and habitat conservation plan.
