Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for USNS Harvey Milk Launch in San Diego Bay

The US Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in San Diego Bay to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment during the launch and berthing of the USNS Harvey Milk, a US Navy ship named after the late US Representative Harvey Milk.
