FMC Non-Attorney Practitioner Filing Requirements

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) requires non-attorneys seeking to practice before the agency on behalf of a regulated industry client to submit a Form FMC-12 package, which is stored in the FMC-2 Non-Attorney Practitioner Files system of records.
