Wyoming Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Plan Amendment Approved by OSMRE

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is approving an amendment to Wyoming's Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Plan, which was proposed in response to OSMRE's request to improve the plan's readability and operational efficiency. The changes are part of a broader effort to comply with the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA).
