Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zones for Piscataqua River Dredge Project

The US Coast Guard is setting up two temporary safety zones in Portsmouth Harbor to protect people and vessels from hazards associated with dredging and blasting operations for the widening of the uppermost turning basin of the Piscataqua River.
