DHS Proposes Update to Virtual Ombudsman System for Immigration Benefit-Related Matters

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to modify and reissue its system of records notice for the Virtual Ombudsman System, which assists individuals and employers with immigration benefit-related issues, and rename it as the Case Assistance Analytics and Data Integration (CAADI) System.
