Fortieth Update of the Federal Agency Hazardous Waste Compliance Docket

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released its 40th update to the Federal Agency Hazardous Waste Compliance Docket, which lists facilities that manage hazardous waste or have released hazardous substances. The update includes new additions, revisions, and deletions to the list, with 1 new addition, 3 deletions, and 2 corrections since the last update on April 29, 2021.
