FMCS Proposes System of Records Notice for Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports

The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is proposing a system of records notice, FMCS-0006, to cover Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports and agency ethics guidance for employees, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
