Wyoming Regulatory Program Receives Proposed Amendment

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has announced receipt of a proposed regulatory and statutory amendment to the Wyoming coal program, which includes revisions to rules governing coal exploration by drilling and updates to statutes governing coal exploration by drilling.
