EPA Proposes Extension of Compliance Date for Phenol, Isopropylated Phosphate (3:1) Under TSCA Section 6(h)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to extend the compliance date for processing and distribution of phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) until October 31, 2024, along with associated recordkeeping requirements for manufacturers and distributors.
