EPA Approves South Carolina State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of South Carolina, updating the definition of 'Spec. Oil (Specification Oil)' and making minor updates to formatting and numbering, pursuant to the Clean Air Act.
