DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS for Prototype Development Contracts

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to allow for more flexibility in contracts for prototype development, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021.
