FAA Proposes to Designate Safety Management System Data as Protected Information

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to designate certain reports, data, and information related to safety management systems (SMS) as protected information, aiming to encourage voluntary sharing and protect the data if needed for other Federal agencies.
