Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for Foreign-Built Vessels: Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel to carry passengers for hire, with a capacity of up to 12 passengers, to operate on U.S. waters.
