EPA to Submit Information Collection Request for TSCA Section 4 Test Rules and Related Activities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request (ICR) for Generic Clearance for TSCA Section 4 Test Rules, Test Orders, Enforceable Consent Agreements (ECAs), Voluntary Data Submissions, and Exemptions from Testing Requirements, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The ICR, identified by EPA ICR No. 1139.25, aims to merge with a separate ICR that is scheduled to expire on April 30, 2022, and is available for public review and comment on the EPA's website.
