FHWA to Prepare Draft Environmental Impact Statement for I-101 Restoration Project in California

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a notice to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Last Chance Grade Permanent Restoration Project on Interstate 101 in Del Norte County, California, following a separate Notice of Preparation of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
