US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds India's Stainless Steel Flanges Below Normal Value, Rescinds Review for 38 Companies

The US Department of Commerce has found that certain Indian producers/exporters of stainless steel flanges sold the merchandise in the US at prices below normal value during the review period, and is rescinding the review for 38 companies, with BFN Forgings Private Limited identified as the successor-in-interest to Bebitz Flanges Works Private Limited.
