EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Plan Revision for Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to approve a revision to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) regulating particulate matter emissions from heavy-duty diesel vehicles, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
