Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: ST. MARYS PILOT (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD), acting on behalf of the Secretary of Transportation, is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel to carry passengers for hire in the United States, with a capacity of twelve or fewer passengers.
