Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: CHIMERA (Sail); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, the CHIMERA, to carry passengers for hire in the United States, with a capacity of twelve or fewer passengers.
