Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: EXCELSIOR (Sail); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, EXCELSIOR (Sail), to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, and how this may impact U.S. vessel builders and businesses.
