HC Railroad, LLC Acquires Honey Creek Railroad, Inc. Exemption Granted

HC Railroad, LLC has obtained an exemption to acquire and operate the Honey Creek Railroad, Inc. following a review by the US Surface Transportation Board. The exemption allows HC Railroad, LLC to take control of Honey Creek Railroad, Inc.'s rail operations and infrastructure.
