U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Consider Authorization for Polar Bear Take in Alaska

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reviewing a request from JADE Energy, LLC to take two polar bears by Level B harassment during oil and gas activities in the Prudhoe Bay Unit and Point Thomson Unit of the North Slope of Alaska, scheduled to occur between December 2021 and July 2022.
