CMS Finalizes Home Health and Hospice Payment Updates for CY 2022

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has finalized several updates to home health and hospice payment rates, case-mix weights, and quality reporting requirements for calendar year 2022, including changes to the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model and the Home Health Quality Reporting Program.
