Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for El Morro Downwind Challenge

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a temporary special local regulation for certain waters of Bahía de San Juan to ensure the safety of participants in the El Morro Downwind Challenge paddle board race on January 8, 2022.
