FEMA Revises NFIP Regulations to Reflect Biggert-Waters and HFIAA Changes

FEMA published a final rule on July 20, 2020, revising NFIP regulations to codify provisions of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 and the Homeowners Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014, and clarifying existing NFIP rules.
