Coast Guard to Enforce Special Local Regulation for San Diego Fall Classic

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a special local regulation on the waters of Mission Bay, San Diego, California, on November 14, 2021, to ensure the safety of participants and users of the waterway during the San Diego Fall Classic rowing event.
