USCIS to Allow H-2A and H-2B Nonimmigrant Worker Programs for 85+ Countries

The US Department of Homeland Security has announced that nationals of 85 countries and 86 countries are eligible to participate in the H-2A and H-2B nonimmigrant worker programs for the upcoming year, following a consultation with the Secretary of State.
